These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BizPilotB.Ai platform, website and mobile app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Post or publish content that infringes the rights of others or violates platform policies.
• Attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the Service, or overload its infrastructure.
• Misuse AI-generated content to deceive, defame or harm others.

Subscriptions and billing

BizPilotB.Ai offers Free, Standard and Pro plans. Paid subscriptions are available and processed on the web app only via Stripe. The mobile app lets you read plan details and manage existing subscriptions, but cannot process new purchases due to Apple and Google's digital-goods billing requirements. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of your billing period. Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Third-party platforms

The Service connects to third-party social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn) via their APIs and through Bundle.social. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service. We do not control these platforms and are not liable for their actions or availability.

AI-generated content

Content generated by the Service's AI features (captions, images and videos) is produced by machine-learning models. We make no guarantee as to its accuracy, appropriateness or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizPilotB.Ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
